Building a good team is an extremely complex task; it requires patience, time and mutual availability. You need to put together people who feel involved in the development of the activity and get along especially in times of stress.

Little does it matter how many patents one has, how many dives one has done or how many seasons one has spent wearing a wetsuit: it takes an open mind, a pinch of humility and the ability to listen to each other.

For several years now, we in the SOTTOSOPRA/SIVINOS team have been working on improving and consolidating our ability to interact with one another with the aim of creating an effective group, where everyone has their own role but is also capable of standing in for their friend and colleague when needed.

Each of us knows what part we have to play to contribute to the common goal, which is to maintain a positive, serene and constructive environment where our customers feel cared for, safe and can enjoy their emotions during their holiday.
